St. Thomas the Apostle will hold their annual Thanksgiving Eve service on Wednesday, November 22, at 7:00 pm, to give thanks for our many blessings.
Following the service will be fellowship with a Pumpkin Dessert Bar. Feel free to bring a “sampler” (6-8 small servings) of a pumpkin dessert. Or just come and be a “taster”!
New this Year—Thanksgiving Day Dinner!
We are trying something brand new at St. Thomas by offering a Thanksgiving Dinner to parishioners and anyone in the community. We will be serving a traditional meal with all the trimmings on Thanksgiving Day from 12-3 in our Parish Hall. No need to cook, just come and enjoy some food and fellowship whether you will be alone or have the whole family for the holiday. We will be offering our meal to others in the community who want to come and eat with us. What a wonderful way to reach out to the community and offer food on such a special day by breaking bread (and turkey legs) with each other. Come whenever you can for as long as you can to either eat, help or both.
We can use some help all day or for a couple of hours with cooking, serving or clean up. Since this is our first year we ask parishioners who want to attend to also sign up so we can help plan. Meal is free for everyone. You may sign up here to help or just come to eat: THANKSGIVING DINNER
