All services will include the imposition of ashes on the forehead, the “Litany of Penitence” (or list of things to repent of), and the liturgical invitation in the themes of a holy Lent.
Family Liturgy at 6:00 pm: All are welcome to join in this special service that offers a liturgy and teachings that are easily accessible to our younger Episcopalians or those newer to the traditions of Ash Wednesday and the Lenten Season. Along with opportunities for children and youth to engage in our worship ministries and simple melodies familiar from our Godly Play Circles, Children’s Chapel, and Mega Camp we will walk together as we begin the Journey to Jerusalem this Lent.

This stewardship season is a great time to check out all the ministries offered at St. Thomas and how you can get involved to help serve. After each service on November 11th & 12th, stop by the Parish Hall to see all the ministries on display.
There will be signup sheets available to join a ministry or get more info and if you are already involved in a ministry, be sure to sign up again. We will have a raffle for a few prizes for those who sign up at the fair.
If you are a leader, please contact Jean Adam 913-530-9097 or or fill out the Google form you should have received via email so we will know if you need a table for your ministry.
