Canon Lightcap serves as the Canon to the Ordinary for the Episcopal Diocese of Kansas. Working closely with Bishop Dean Wolfe, Torey works directly with clergy and congregations throughout the diocese overseeing search processes, day to day operations of the diocese, and much more. Torey joined the diocese for this work in May 2015 and has preached in parishes all over and we were glad to welcome him this day to preach and be with the people of St. Thomas.
