2019 High School Reaching Out to the Community/Mini-Mission Trip
For incoming 9th graders (fall 2020) through spring 2020 Graduates
June 22 at 9 AM – June 26 at Noon (*includes 4 overnights*)
Cost: $190 (through March 15)/$200 (after March 20)
Our High School students are invited to embark on an ROTC Adventure, as we make our way to St. John’s Episcopal Church in Parsons, Kansas to provide the children of this low-income, rural community with a Vacation Bible School experience. Our HS ROTC participants can expect to learn first hand about rural poverty and mentoring to children. The week concludes with an overnight retreat for fellowship and processing of the experience at a lakeside cabin in Southeast KS (exact location TBD).
