Parent’s Day Out 2019-2020

Thank you for visiting our page and inquiring about our program.

The St. Thomas Parent’s Day Out program believes caring for children is a privilege.  We are licensed through the state of Kansas.

Our program is a great opportunity for children to socialize in a safe and caring environment while you take some time for yourself.  We offer a fun filled day of crafts, story time, lunch, music and movement, and outdoor play.  Please refer to the Parent Handbook for more information.

Parent’s Day Out has 2 sessions, Fall and Summer. Our Fall session begins September 9th, 2019 and ends May 21st, 2020. Our Summer session begins June 1st, 2020 and ends July 30th, 2020. Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.   You may enroll your child/children for one or more days. We encourage families to enroll their child/children at least 2 days a week.

Ages:  15-months and walking through 3-years-old as of September 1, 2019.

Tuition is paid in 11 equal payments (if attending Fall and Summer sessions), 9 equal payments (if only attending Fall session) of Monday -$103, Tuesday-$102, Wednesday-$102 and Thursday -$103.  The variation is due to holidays influencing the number of days attending.  Please refer to the registration form for payment due dates.

The first information needed to enroll your child is to complete one registration agreement PER child and attach $50 for the first child/$25 for each additional child non-refundable registration fee.  Please write a check payable to St. Thomas Parent’s Day Out and reference your child’s name in the memo line.  Checks may be hand delivered or mailed to the attention of Meghan Chaney, Director of Parent’s Day Out, St. Thomas Episcopal Church 12251 Antioch Rd, Overland Park, KS  66213.  Placement in classes is based on registrations received and space available.
